Philip Brotherton known as Titch, born in the United Kingdom in 1950 and immigrated to Africa in 1952. Has had extensive experience in the security industry spanning four decades. When asked to describe his personal values which overlap strongly in the day to day running of Ipeleng the key factors are 'honesty and integrity' coupled with an open door policy for both employees and clientele. Titch is a well known figure in the security industry and is held in high regard. He is a truly indigenous African who believes in the potential of the country and its people.
Ryan has served 6 years in the Elite Forces in the British Army prior to joining Ipeleng. He has gained the experience of being exposed to the art of modern warfare, completing 3 tours of duty and awarded 4 campaign medals. Ryan's duty entails directing of the operations, training, guarding and administration. Ryan is a true professional, and in essence epitomises the word "Dedicated" when it comes to planning, operating and managing the company and its clients. Barend is well versed in the field of Quality Management Systems, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, he has gained a wealth of valuable experience in the transport sector having spent a decade with a large transport company where risk managing was the key pillar to success. Barend understands that discipline, dedication and perseverance are the cornerstones to a successful and profitable business, and having completed his military training in the SADF has the confidence and determination to never quit. Being an affiliate of SAIOSH, he is proficient in:- Health, safety and environmental management (Samtrac), Internal auditing (Nosa), Internal Quality Management System implementation (QMS), Risk Management and assessment ,Technical quality assessment. Productivity management.
Mike has joined the Ipeleng team and is a valued member with a background of military and Law enforcement. Mike is well versed in the art of Close Protection having the experience of being an operative close protection officer in the field. He has lived and worked in various European countries and has gained extensive European Training as a Close Protection Operator and Instructor. Mike was the Director of Advanced Security Training in Cyprus and worked closely with the European Security Academy in Poland. For Mike, teaching is a passion, not a job which is why he believes in quality and sound training methods. Mike believes that 'one of the greatest gifts a man can give, is to pass on the knowledge that he has to someone who could further their life skills".
